Probably Super Walmart. They’re cheap no matter where you live.
Generally, Wal-Mart has the lowest grocery prices, and they price match for any advertised sale. You can also try Food-4-Less for certain items, especially canned goods. Also, check the weekly ads for specials at places like Von’s or Albertson’s.
You can also try Fresh & Easy – look particularly for their sale items – items that are close to their expiration date. These items will often be half off, and if you can use them quickly, you will get a good deal. Many of their prices are comparable with local grocery stores as well.
Wal-Mart is the best one and i buy all the grocery items from there only.
I would recommend you to have a look on these profitable coupons that would help u get discount on your grocery purchases. Just check this website from where you can collect these fantastic coupons

Food for Less.
Fresh and Easy
In that order. I’ve shopped them all so I know.
How about trying these below:
Smith’s Food & Drug Centers
7130 N N DURANGO DR
Las Vegas, NV 89149-4466
99 Ranch Market
4155 Spring Mountain Rd Las Vegas, NV 89102-8740
Boo Boo Foods
2201 Civic Center Dr North Las Vegas, NV 89030-6302
It’s always difficult to say who’s the cheapest as different items are priced differently in different stores. Depends on what you are shopping for, but these above listed should help out a little.
number one would be walmart food center
and number two would food for less
just go to a walmart, but avoid places like costco or sams club, those places need memberships
