want to buy cheaper groceries, better than sam’s club/costco…wholesale grocery prices
Unless you get a commissary license you cannot go to the wholesale warehouses and get better prices.
Sams and costco are probably the best but do your “consumer decision making” with the price lists from all the grocery stores in your area and decide if coupons for the regular stores will give you better cost effectiveness than going to the big box stores.
Make out menus for a 2 week period. From the menus decide what you need to buy at a one time shopping trip and where you need to get it from. Then slice, dice, chop and package the stuff in containers with day, meal, menu item, etc on the container and put it in the fridge or freezer. Threaten within an inch of their lives anyone who removes one of these marked packages unless they are preparing that meal.
NEVER go shopping hungry and never go back to a store in the middle of the time period.
I buy food in bulk and divide it up into the catagories listed above. I have done this for many many years, and even tho it is not necessary now, I continue to do my grocery budget this way.
Grocery stores get their groceries trucked in on an 18 wheeler from a distrubution center. If you have an Aldi’s near you, they are better priced than Sam’s.
I must say, its worth it! My link, http://www.blog-gratuit.com/amanda11/,thanks haha…
